Kornit Digital reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $55.3 million, up from $49.8 million a year earlier and above the top of its guidance range. Annual recurring revenue rose 79% to about $33.8 million, and revenue from its All-Inclusive Click program more than doubled, up 112%.
The company posted a GAAP net loss of $11.2 million, while non-GAAP net income came to $1.7 million and adjusted EBITDA turned slightly positive at $0.3 million. Margins got help from a net tariff-related gain of about $830,000 that included a $2 million refund, and operating cash flow was positive for the eleventh straight quarter at $8.5 million.
About 60% of systems sold in the quarter went to traditional screen printers, which Kornit reads as evidence of the screen market's shift from analog to digital. For the third quarter it guided revenue to $55 million to $60 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin between breakeven and 3%.
