Cimpress reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.74 billion, roughly 10% above the prior year, with fourth-quarter revenue up about 9% to $945 million. CEO Robert Keane said the quarter was hit by several items outside core operations, including a $4.7 million write-off of Canadian duty drawback receivables, partly offset by tariff refunds.
VistaPrint grew fourth-quarter revenue 4%, helped by promotional products, apparel, gifts, packaging and labels, and its EBITDA rose 1% to $106.8 million. The segment absorbed $6.1 million in start-up costs for a new North American manufacturing facility, while PrintBrothers revenue rose 21% and The Print Group's 19%.
For fiscal 2027, Cimpress expects 7% revenue growth and $520 million in adjusted EBITDA, and it lifted its fiscal 2028 adjusted EBITDA target to at least $615 million. The outlook excludes about $10 million in further tariff refunds the company has applied for.
