Articore Group, parent of Redbubble and its U.S. counterpart TeePublic, swung to a net profit of A$10.9 million for fiscal 2026 from an A$11.3 million loss a year earlier. Total revenue fell by about A$30 million to A$408.5 million, and marketplace revenue declined at a similar rate to A$354.5 million.

CEO Vivek Kumar said EBIT improved by A$20.1 million to A$10.3 million, the group's first full-year profit since listing outside the pandemic-boosted 2021 year. Lower depreciation and amortization, operating costs and other expenses drove the result, and cash rose to A$40.5 million from A$28.4 million.

Articore plans to invest more in Dashery, a storefront platform launched in 2025, and Frankly Wearing, a print-on-demand marketplace in India acquired earlier in 2026. For fiscal 2027 it guided to operating EBITDA of A$17 million to A$23 million and a gross-profit-after-paid-acquisition margin of 27% to 30%.
