HALO, ranked third on the PPAI 100, has acquired two independent distributors: Leslie Jordan of Portland, Oregon, and T&P Incentives of St. Louis. Both will keep operating under their existing names, with current teams and locations in place.

Leslie Jordan dates to 1986 and grew from performance jackets into custom race apparel, finisher medals and event merchandise for the endurance-sports market. T&P Incentives, founded in 1983, serves large St. Louis-area employers with recognition and incentive programs, company stores and safety programs that pair promo items with branded safety gear.

HALO executive Ameed Mallick described the deals as adding people and capabilities across the company's platform. Both sellers pointed to HALO's wider product access and fulfillment support as the draw; PPAI's report did not include financial terms.
