STAHLS' launches online tool that checks artwork against 18 patch types

Decorators upload a design and see which patch and emblem styles are ready to order, need changes or will not work.

STAHLS' has rolled out a Patch Guidance Tool on its website to help apparel decorators pick a suitable custom patch or emblem before ordering. Users upload their artwork, and the tool sorts 18 patch and emblem types into those that are ready to order, those that may need adjustments and those that are incompatible.

The goal is to surface design problems before an order goes in, rather than waiting for an artwork review after a patch type has been chosen. Decorators can then try another patch style or revise the art before moving ahead.

STAHLS' says the checks take seconds and that the tool can remove the need for artist review on most patch orders, moving eligible jobs into production faster.
