Research firm Global Growth Insights puts the worldwide manual screen-printing press market at about $84 million in 2025 and expects it to reach $87.5 million by the end of 2026 and $126.7 million by 2035, a compound annual growth rate of 4.2%.

Commercial users make up roughly 76% of demand, with home-based printers accounting for the rest, and four- to six-station presses represent about 39% of demand by type. North America holds about 29% of the market, behind Asia-Pacific at 35% and ahead of Europe at 25%.

The study says small shops still favor manual presses for scheduling flexibility, often running them alongside digital equipment. It flags growing pressure from DTG, DTF, transfers and automated screen presses as order volumes rise.
